Condo Association
If you live in any of the condominums, then your phase is governed by the Condo Declaration (below) as well as the Joint Operations Agreement (left), the Rules and Regulations (left), and the by-laws (below).
Joint Operations
The Joint Operations Agreement (below) and the Rules and Regulations (below) documents both apply to the PUD Association and the Condo Association.
PUD Association
If you live in a single-family home, then the PUD Declaration (below) is for you. The Joint Operations Agreement (right), Amendments (below), By-Laws (below), and Rules and Regulations (right) also apply to you.
Association Dues
Effective 5/10 Dues go up $5 per unit and will go up $5 per year for 3 years.
**Note**
The Units that were being rented at time of the amendment and grand fathered. They will remain grand fathered until such time owners of units changed in their ownership of unit of other conditions of amendment.
